Shipping/Packaging:
If possible use a Business Name & Address or PO Box is best. it
could just be a friends business.
We ship are located in Qld and ship every business day for orders received and paid for by 3pm (EDT) or 4pm (AEDT)
All items are sent fully packed in bubble wrap. We do not ship regular (snail) mail, this method has no security and can take to long to reach many destinations, we are about service!.
Keep in mind Australia Post can take a bit longer during special times such as the Festive Season and Easter periods.
We use your Order Shipping Address not your Paypal address.
Note: We ship to Australia only, just one flat charge no matter how big order is, choose Express Post or DHL.
Express Post:
Usually 1 or 2 days to Eastern Capital Cities and Suburbs, except ACT,
TAS, NT, WA which are normally around 2 business days and country
delivery can be 2-4 days (but stranger faster things have
happened).
If your item doesn't arrive within the above estimated times
contract
your local Post Office and see if its there for you. Don't leave it
more than 5 days to contact us. In most cases the
item was delayed in the Australia Post mail system by a day or two.
DHL Courier:
Usually next day Eastern Capital Cities and Suburbs, except ACT, NT,
TAS & WA (2 days).
DHL is not that suitable for country areas.
DHL Express Courier is highly
recommended for just a few $ more, super fast delivery to most
Cities & Suburbs, has signature security & an online tracking
number is supplied once sent.
2 Payment Options:
1. PAYPAL Credit Card Processing Gateway: can pay with Visa or Mastercard Credit card via our EZYHD web site checkout process. Once your order has been properly processed by Paypal you will be directed back to EZYHD web site.
PayPal send us a copy of the payment seconds from when its paid (so don't send us a copy!).

2. DIRECT DEPOSIT: Choose
the Direct Deposit Bank
payment option during the checkout process. An order email containing
our Bank Account details will follow. A Direct Bank Deposit from your
Bank to ours can take up to 3 week days to clear (our Bank), Email us a copy of
actual Banking Direct Deposit payment
(not just typed numbers) and items will be shipped that business
day if
payment copy received before by 3pm EDT.
WARRANTY:
Manufacturers Warranty is 5 years on HDMI cables and 6 months on Splitters,
Switchers and Electronic Equipment for 1st owner purchaser only. Item/s
must be returned with postage
paid by purchaser and in undamaged condition, and if
supplied all original boxed packaging.

Returns:
A maximum 10% restocking fee is deducted from refunds for change of mind cancelled returns to cover rocessing, packaging and mailing to customer, return postage is paid by purchaser.
